The couple of days ago. I search for information on the Rubie's Costume Pokémon Female Pikachu Costume, so i would like to bring a story to tell.
bought for my daughter who wears size 14 girls. the XS fits her with a little room to spare, making the belt droop, but easily solved. the glovelets are a bit cramped, but the hat and leg pieces fit well. the tail and ears on our costume (prod. 2015 Mar) stand up but flop around when you move. the fabric is what I expected from a costume and it looks like it can hold up to multiply uses.
